We will explore where your food rules have come from and how they are impacting your life. Together, we will develop an individualized plan that is right for you to move towards creating a more trusting and positive relationship with food and your body.

Pricing & Insurance FAQ

The Intuitive Eating Center of NEO is currently in-network with Medical Mutual of Ohio (Therapists and Dietitians), Cigna (Dietitians Only), United Healthcare (Therapists Only).

Do you work with adolescents? At this time we work with individuals 15 years and older. Our adolescent clinicians are virtual only.

If you are in-network with my insurance will my sessions be covered? Coverage depends on individual plans and benefits. Being an in-network provider is not a guarantee of coverage. Please contact your insurance company to obtain plan/benefit information for nutrition and/or psychotherapy.

Will my out-of-network insurance cover our sessions? Sometimes! We recommend you contact your insurance company and inquire about out-of-network benefits for nutrition and/or psychotherapy.

Do you provide Superbills for out-of-network clients? Yes! Superbills are automatically generated at the end of the month and may be used to submit for out-of-network coverage/benefits with your insurance plan. The Intuitive Eating Center will not submit out-of-network claims on the clients behalf. This is the responsibility of the client.

How much are sessions if you are out-of-network with my insurance or my plan does not have coverage for your services? Beginning Jan 1, 2024 initial sessions are $175 and follow-up sessions are $150

Can I pay for my sessions using a FSA or HSA card? YES! We accept all FSA and HSA cards.

Do you have a late cancel fee? All sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled sessions time will be charged the full sessions cost. This includes insurance clients.
